Not much news these days for to post in my blog man. However here is Something New. From San Francisco which is my reason for collecting in the first place.
Hi, I have a button hook or boot hook which has the inscription: Cleator Shoe Store San Diego, Cal. on it. When my great-grandmother's brownstone rooming house needed to be cleaned out and sold, my mother took a box of small stuff like this and took it home with her. Now I have it, and it's of no interest to me, nor do I find it to be of any real value. I've searched the history of it and that was all I was interested in doing with it. If you might like it for your collection, email me back. I want nothing in return for it. I think that it's wasteful for me to keep it when someone may like it and want it much more. Let me know.
